Journey Design & Sales Executive
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in safari package design, travel product development, tour operations, destination management or a related travel role.
- Strong knowledge of East African safari destinations and tourism circuits.
- Proven track record in travel sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience working with lodges, tour operators, destination partners or ground handlers.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, travel trends and commercially viable itinerary development.

Group Finance Analyst & Controls Lead
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA, CA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years’ progressive finance experience, including experience in a Group, regional or multi-entity environment.
- 3-5 years’ external audit experience is an added advantage.
- Strong experience in FP&A, internal controls, governance, financial reporting and business performance analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, hospitality or multi-country services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, challenge constructively and partner effectively with senior management and subsidiary finance teams.
